Your team is strong but missing a top-down architectural view.
Services
What I do
Four products with concrete outcomes. Prices are starting points — final scope after the first call.
Technical audit
Deep diagnostics of a system or part of it. Team interviews, analysis of architecture, key modules, infrastructure and metrics. A written report prioritized as critical / important / later.
Architecture design
Greenfield design or a redesign. Options with trade-off rationale, C4 diagrams, API contracts, ADRs.
Fractional CTO
Ongoing CTO-level expertise. Sessions with the CEO and team, architectural oversight, help with senior hiring.
Technical due diligence
Assessing a tech asset before an M&A or funding round. Analysis of the codebase, infrastructure, team and tech debt. A report for the investment committee.
One-off consultation
90 minutes + concise written notes. For a specific question or to test the format. The only product with a public price.
Experience
15 years in backend systems under load
Senior+ Go backend and highload architecture. Led teams of up to 5. Experience with migrations, greenfield design and complex integrations.

Process
How we'll work
Four steps. Simple and predictable.
First call
30–45 minutes, free. I understand the task and tell you whether I can help. No obligations on either side.
Scope and format
We fix the boundaries of work, timeline and cost. No surprises along the way.
Work
Audit, design or regular sessions — depending on the product you choose.
Outcome
A report, diagram, specification or ongoing support. It all stays with you, independent of me.
Principles
How I work
Pragmatism over hype-driven stacks
The best solution is one that works and that the team can maintain. Go not because it's trendy, but because it's justified.
Honest assessment
If it's not my task or you don't need consulting — I'll say so directly. That's respect for your time and money.
No vendor lock-in
The report and architecture stay with you and don't depend on me. You can hire any team to implement them.
No more than 2–3 clients in parallel
This protects quality of attention. When I'm busy, I'll say so honestly and offer reasonable timelines.
